2. Add 1–2 scoops (approx. 1.5–2g) of matcha powder to the bowl.
3. Pour approximately 70–80ml of hot water (around 80°C) into the bowl.
4. Whisk vigorously using a *chasen* (tea whisk) until a fine, creamy foam forms.
5. Drink directly from the bowl or use the spout to pour the tea into another cup.
