The shochu glass has a size of 8.2 cm in diameter and 7.7 cm in height, packaged in a special gift box. Kutani-yaki, one of Japan's three main styles of colored ceramics, is globally recognized as a representative traditional craft of Japan. It is produced in Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan, and is made of ceramic material.

The technique used in Kutani-yaki, known as Ginsai, features a sublime color that cannot be fully expressed in words. This design involves applying transparent glaze or colored glaze over silver foil, resulting in a subtle brilliance, gentle shine, and glass-like texture. Despite its eye-catching appearance that requires an extra firing in the kiln, the method is quite intricate. It is important to note that it is not actual silver foil but a luxurious technique that uses material about seven times thicker to avoid melting.
