After use, rinse it with water, and thoroughly dry it in a well-ventilated place out of direct sunlight using the Chasen Holder or similar. Afterwards, store it in a cool, dark place with minimal temperature and humidity changes. Bamboo may crack or splinter due to drying or sudden temperature changes. 3. Do not use a dishwasher or dishwashing detergents.
