1. Gently hold the chashaku at its centre with your dominant hand.
2. Scoop matcha powder from the container using the curved tip of the spoon.
3. Transfer the matcha into your chawan (tea bowl). For a standard serving, 1 to 2 scoops is recommended; for a richer flavour, you may use up to 3 scoops.
4. Proceed to add warm water and whisk with a chasen (bamboo whisk) until a smooth, frothy matcha is achieved.
5. After use, gently wipe the scoop with a soft, dry cloth. Please avoid washing with water or detergent.
