1. Before first use, gently rinse the bowl with lukewarm water to remove any dust.

2. Pour a small amount of hot water into the bowl to warm it, then discard the water.

3. Add matcha powder (approximately 2 scoops / 2 g) into the warmed bowl.

4. Pour about 70 ml of hot water (approximately 80°C) over the matcha.

5. Whisk briskly with a bamboo chasen (tea whisk) until a fine froth forms.
