Kutani ware is combined with Kanazawa gold leaf, which is produced at a rate of 98% for gold and 100% for silver in Kanazawa. The intricate process of creating gold leaf involves hammering it down to a thickness of 1/10,000 mm while maintaining its luster and uniform thickness, requiring immense skill. The artisans' techniques, coupled with Kanazawa's high humidity and excellent water quality—ideal for gold leaf production—contribute to its premium quality.

Kutani ware has a history of 360 years, while Kanazawa gold leaf boasts a legacy of 400 years, showcasing a remarkable blend of traditional crafts from the Kaga region. Recognized as one of Japan's three major colored porcelain types, Kutani ware is globally celebrated as a representative traditional craft of Japan, known as "Japan Kutani."

This item is an excellent gift for various occasions such as milestone birthdays (60th, 70th, 77th, 80th, and 90th), retirement celebrations, commemorative gifts, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Respect for the Aged Day.
