Introduction to Kutani Ware Style: Yoshidaya is known for its revival of ancient Kutani style, led by Den'emon Toyota approximately 180 years ago. Yoshidaya kiln adopts the blue hand-painted style of Old Kutani while refraining from using red. Instead, it employs four colors: blue (green), yellow, purple, and navy along with intricate patterns, offering a unique and rich artistic atmosphere.
Kutani ware is highly regarded globally as one of Japan's three major colored ceramics and is recognized as a representative traditional craft of Japan, "Japan Kutani."
