✦ HOW TO USE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Step 1: Boil fresh water and pour it into the Yuzamashi.
Step 2: Allow the water to cool to the desired temperature.
　　　　• For Sencha: approximately 70–80°C
　　　　• For Gyokuro: approximately 50–60°C
Step 3: Once the water has reached the appropriate temperature, pour it over your tea leaves in the teapot.
Step 4: Savour the natural sweetness and full flavour that only properly cooled water can bring out in fine Japanese tea.
