Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from Japan. We ship worldwide.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or Japanese public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery estimates are for business days after dispatch and do not include processing time. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or local conditions.
Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are collected by your local customs authority. Please check with your country's customs office for details before placing an order. CHAWARE is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 30 days of the shipping notification (60 days for international orders), please contact us at chaware@bubuworks.co.jp with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
