Produced by long-established Seto kiln Seihou Tōen. This is a ceramic coffee dripper with a matching cup & saucer, carefully handcrafted from high-quality Seto clay.

About the maker
Seihou Tōen was founded in Taishō 4 (1915) in the pottery town of Seto. Fourth-generation owner Katsutoshi Kato pursues the philosophy of making each piece carefully so it warms the hands and heart. He adapts Seto-yaki to contemporary tastes, masters the increasingly rare mizugote technique on the potter’s wheel, and remains active as a maker-artist.
