📖 How to Use
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Step 1: Sift 1–2 scoops of matcha powder through the tea strainer into the matcha bowl to remove any lumps.
Step 2: Pour approximately 70–80ml of hot water (around 80°C) into the bowl.
Step 3: Using a bamboo chasen whisk, whisk briskly in a "W" or "M" motion until a fine, creamy froth forms on the surface.
Step 4: Enjoy your matcha directly from the beautiful chawan. Take a moment to appreciate the aroma and flavour.
Step 5: After use, rinse all utensils gently with warm water. Place the chasen on the kusenaoshi (whisk shaper) to maintain its form.
