📖 How to Use

Step 1: Sift approximately 1–2 scoops of matcha powder through the tea sifter into the matcha bowl to remove any clumps.

Step 2: Pour approximately 70–80ml of hot water (around 80°C) into the bowl.

Step 3: Using the chasen (bamboo whisk), whisk briskly in a "W" or "M" motion until a fine, creamy froth forms on the surface.

Step 4: Pour into the katakuchi (pouring bowl) if serving, or enjoy directly from the matcha bowl.

Step 5: After use, gently rinse the chasen with warm water and place it on the kuse naoshi (whisk holder) to maintain its shape.
