✿ How to Use

Step 1: Sift 1–2 scoops of matcha powder through the sieve into the matcha bowl to remove any lumps.

Step 2: Add approximately 70–80ml of hot water (around 80°C is recommended; avoid boiling water).

Step 3: Using the bamboo whisk, whisk briskly in a W or M motion until a fine, creamy froth forms on the surface.

Step 4: Pour into the Katakuchi bowl if serving to guests, or enjoy directly from the matcha bowl.

Step 5: After use, rinse all utensils gently with warm water. Place the whisk on the reshaper (Kusenaoshi) while damp to maintain its shape.
