Step 1: Boil fresh water in a kettle.

Step 3: Once the water has reached your desired temperature (around 70–80°C for sencha, or 50–60°C for gyokuro), pour it over your tea leaves in a teapot.
Step 4: Steep for the recommended time, then serve and enjoy a cup of tea with enhanced sweetness and depth of flavour.

✦ ABOUT MINO YAKI
────────────────────
Mino Yaki is one of Japan's most celebrated ceramic traditions, originating over 1,300 years ago in the Higashi-Mino area of Gifu Prefecture. Today, Mino Yaki accounts for approximately 60% of all tableware produced in Japan, making it a cornerstone of Japanese dining culture. From its early roots in Sue ware techniques introduced from the Korean Peninsula, through the refined ash-glazed white porcelain of the Heian period, to the tea ceremony–inspired masterpieces of the Azuchi-Momoyama era, Mino Yaki has continually evolved while honouring its rich heritage.

✦ IMPORTANT NOTES
────────────────────
• This is a handcrafted ceramic item. Slight variations in colour, glaze, and shape are natural characteristics of authentic pottery and add to its unique charm.
• Handle with care. Avoid sudden temperature changes (e.g., pouring boiling water into a very cold pitcher) to prevent cracking.
• Hand washing is recommended to preserve the beauty of the glaze.
• Please avoid using in microwaves or dishwashers unless confirmed safe for ceramic ware.
• Store in a dry place when not in use.
Thank you for choosing our authentic Japanese Mino Yaki Yuzamashi. We sincerely hope it brings warmth and joy to your tea moments.
