📖 How to Use
Step 1: Soak the chasen in warm water for 1–2 minutes before use to soften the prongs.
Step 2: Place 1–2 scoops of matcha powder into your tea bowl.
Step 3: Add approximately 70–80ml of hot water (around 80°C).
Step 4: Hold the chasen upright and whisk briskly in a "W" or "M" motion until a fine foam forms on the surface.
Step 5: Gently lift the chasen from the centre once the desired frothiness is achieved.
