Kutani ware technique introduction: Ginsai. This technique creates colors that words cannot fully express. It features a design with transparent glazing or five-color glaze applied over silver leaf. Notable for its calm brilliance, gentle glow, and glass-like texture, it requires an extra firing compared to standard techniques, making it quite elaborate despite its radiant appearance. *Note: It is not true silver leaf; due to its thinness, true silver would melt, so this technique employs silver that is approximately seven times thicker, resulting in a luxurious finish.
