Arita Ware Blue & White Porcelain Incense Plate

Product description

A stylish incense holder made of Arita-yaki porcelain. This horizontal, lay-down type incense plate is suitable as a Buddhist altar koro or as an interior accent in the living room, entrance, etc., and pairs well with Scandinavian décor. Ideal for meditation, Zen, and mindfulness—use it with relaxing incense or incense sticks.

Comes in an individual gift box, making it a great present when paired with incense. Because the incense lies flat on the plate, it burns completely without breaking, won’t tip over, and prevents ash from scattering. It’s unaffected by air‑conditioning during hot Obon season and can also be used outdoors as a grave incense stand. It accommodates stick-type mosquito coils as well.

No koro ash is required, so daily care is simple; wash with water when needed. Can be used alongside a traditional incense offering (goshōkō) set. Made in Japan by a top-market manufacturer in the Buddhist altar and fittings industry—reliable Made‑in‑Japan quality.

Size: 50 × 130 × 30 mm (fits mini incense without folding).
