Step 1: Boil fresh water and pour it into the Yuzamashi.
Step 2: Allow the water to cool to the desired temperature.
- Sencha: approximately 70–80°C
- Gyokuro: approximately 50–60°C
Step 3: Once the water has reached the appropriate temperature, pour it gently over the tea leaves in your teapot.
